Bhakti, big cat energy & vampires 🦁 🧛‍♀️

DRAINED OR IMBALANCED? Did you know you have an invisible force field guarding your wellbeing? It's called the energetic immune system and is comprised of your etheric systems, including nadis, meridians, chakras, and your aura. Through practices like chanting mantra, prayer, and meditation, bhakti yoga focuses our personal aspiration and devotion on a divine deity or the general divine, focusing on devotional gratitude and giving to the divine as a path to greater receiving. 😌 

Studies even show it can reduce stress, provide pain relief, and improve mood – all while encouraging a shift away from ego-driven thinking and towards a more transcendent, self-actualized perspective.

Bhakti Yoga is one of four yogas in the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo, whose enlightened body of work has assisted my own healing work with the divine to consistently address everything from cancer to suicidal ideation and mental illness, deathbed cases, emotional trauma and more.

Bhakti 📿 has personally been a very key part of my inner work to ensure facilitation of divine healings.

Also a note: Devotion is about love, not power. It’s not about giving your power away to the Divine or to a guru or to anything outside of yourself (which we NEVER recommend).

Rather it’s aligning yourself energetically through the immense potency of unconditional love - which allows the divine to influence your life and draw you toward what breaks you through and evolves your soul… making your personal work less effort-ful.
