Everyone knows to drink their 8 8-ounce glasses of water per day. But this outdated recommendation is incomplete. And a vast majority of people are still dehydrated.

QUICK TIPS TO ACTIVATE THIS POWER:

⚡ Include daily trace minerals and/or electrolytes - water needs to cross the cell barrier to hydrate and detoxify your cells, and it needs an electrical charge to do that, which is created by the minerals (and why they’re called ‘electrolytes’).

💧 Drink clean water - mountain spring water, alkaline water, or structured water. Be sure to re-mineralize your chosen water source!

🚿 Your skin drinks water too - use a de-chlorinator on your bath and shower heads or, if possible, install a whole-house water filtration or reverse-osmosis system. Also consider incorporating a few forms of regular hydrotherapy to your self-care.
