🖤 The Wounded Mother Beyond All Burnout

From My Session Files…

For 28 years, Susan gave everything.

To her children. Her husband. Her family.

To the chaos, to special and complicated needs, to mental health challenges and incessant demands.

She had come to internalize patterns of invisibility, self-rejection, and depletion.

Her physical system was in shutdown, her chakras severely blocked or collapsed, and her soul was holding the belief that she needed to give everything to everyone else before she could receive for herself.

When I first connected to her spirit in session, the divine said clearly:

“Do not look to her past lives. Heal this one. She deserves to live this life, whole.”

So much of Susan's life force had gone to her kids, her husband, used in resistance and rejection of the energies her mother and sister would throttle at her… that she wasn’t carrying just burnout.

She was carrying the debt of decades spent surviving under energetic subservience

Mother. Wife. Helper.

To loved ones who were deeply suffering themselves. To everyone and everything but herself.

Her body wasn't failing because it was inherently breaking down. It had become chronically depleted of all her life force—because she'd been giving it to everyone else all the time.

And you can’t reclaim your joy or health if your energy still belongs to everyone else.

And you can’t rise until your body knows you belong to you.
