Women of impact + finding purpose
Plus, the gift of fear, breathwork for empowerment and more

Gavin De Becker created a FREE online Masterclass from his best-selling book, The Gift of Fear. This is one of the best resources on building personal physical safety.

CELEBRATING WOMEN OF IMPACT: In 2024, we are seeing more and more women leading impact initiatives and changing traditionally male-dominated industries in inspiring ways.
Dr. Indira Henard is spearheading impactful advocacy at the DC Rape Crisis Center. Adi Leviatan is trailblazing in the male-dominated automation sector.
Rashmi Misra is at the forefront of AI innovation. Spiritual icon, Marianne Williamson still runs for president every election. And Adena Friedman is leading one of the world's largest stock exchanges as CEO of Nasdaq.
And while it can be easy to simply check out of the mainstream and consider many of the above industries as harmful, we can only change what is, from within the system.
Historically, disruption creates lasting change far more consistently than revolution does.
BREATHWORK FOR FOCUS + EMPOWERMENT: Breathwork can be a powerful tool for improving focus.
Breathwork can also be used to cultivate a sense of empowerment. Guided breathwork routines, such as those available for free on platforms like Insight Timer, focus on shifting energy to make you feel more capable and ready to tackle challenges.
These routines often combine rhythmic breathing with positive affirmations and visualization techniques to enhance feelings of empowerment.
Breathwork is effective because it directly influences the autonomic nervous system. By controlling the breath, you can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation and reduces the production of stress hormones.
This physiological response can lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate, and create a sense of calm, which is conducive to both focus and empowerment.
ON FINDING PURPOSE: Discovering your life purpose is a common topic in spiritual circles. It is also one of the most common intentions clients give me for clairvoyant healing sessions - they want to know what they’re here on earth to do in this life.
While many people struggle to understand and live their purpose, even science is clear that crafting your life with purpose has a host of mental health, physical and emotional benefits.
And while the Divine always gives me insights for a client about their highest divine nature and divine assignment, I also believe that we get to choose and fall in love with our life purpose.
Essentially, it’s whatever we want it to be, and it will naturally align with our soul purpose as long as we’re listening to our soul.
So how can you discover your life purpose or divine assignment? Ironically, I suggest the scientific method!
Even with clairvoyance, I have learned over the years that the more precise and explicit my questioning is, the more I add checks and balances to ensure accuracy… the easier it is to rapidly get actionable information.

SOUND HEALING INSTRUMENTS
Sound healing tools like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks produce therapeutic vibrations that can reduce stress, induce deep relaxation, and support meditative practices. The physical resonance may even alleviate pain and promote healing.

Sometimes, we can cultivate power in our dreams. Where do you go in your dreams? Ever had a lucid dream?
